Perspective Training College presents the following course: Design your own website and learn how to use it as a marketing tool.
What you are going to learn:
- How to create a website with WordPress (without having any knowledge of programming),
- How to edit and add new pages (if you can copy-and-paste you can do it!),
- How to design a sales page,
- What’s the psychology behind sales,
- The logic and process of pre-sale strategies.
What you are NOT going to learn:
- How to do programming (we’ll leave that for the the clever people),
- How to photoshop pictures (in order for you to look like a model on your own website),
- How to design a logo for your practice or business (but we will refer you to the right people).

After many years in practise as a functional therapist, I thought it’s time to become ‘visual’ to the world outside and “to get with the times”. The thought that I could have an up-and-running, visual attractive, functional website (as advertised) within one week, made me excited.
I was not in the least disappointed and the workshop surpassed all my expectations! Edgar (the presenter) has an amazing ability and gift to explain theory and put it in practice without effort. For years I have tried to build and expand my practise through different avenues. Just to get to a place where I felt that only a few knew of me. This made me decide to attend this workshop. I must admit that I was a bit anxious beforehand, because I wasn’t sure if I had the right skills and knowledge to do it (I thought that you need to have some computer pragramming background). At the same time I was excited, because I knew it was going to be one of those make-or-break experiences.
Well, I don’t have enough words to fully describe my experience of this course. It has been a long time since I have been so excited and enthusiastic about something I have learned. Every day it felt as if thousands of brain cells were switched on and I couldn’t stop thinking of all the possibilities that this new knowledge unlocked.
The course surpassed my expectations a 1000%. Within 5 days my perception changed from someone who thought he will never be able to design his own website to a website designer who feels 100% in charge of managing his own webpages. During the course I never felt pressurized or intimidated. Edgar freely shares his knowledge and experience over the years with everyone in a practical way.
The course material in itself is just so outstanding – a treasure chest of practical ideas. Initially I thought the workshop was a bit pricey, but it is worth every cent. In retrospect I think that the course fees should be increased. I don’t think anybody can market himself or his business without a website and therefore I will recommend this course because it addresses two aspects: 1) you design and manage your own website and 2) you acquire valuable marketing strategies.
